Jerry Essary serves as
Director of the
Center for Christian Coaching and owner of
Jerry Essary
Coaching. He is a Partner with
Coach Approach Ministries.
Jerry has been involved
in coaching business and church leaders/teams as they
work through change, transition, and transformation.
Through coaching Jerry is determined to help others
reach their God given potential. He has written for
www.caministries.wordpress.com a blog for coaches.
Jerry is certified as a
coach through Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching and
the International Coach Federation (ACC). He is
certified with Myers Briggs Type Indicator; and has also
been trained as a mentor, coach, church planter
assessor, and refocusing facilitator with Church Smart
Resources.
Jerry and
Nancy have two young adult children, Jenni, and John.
The Essarys live in Smyrna, TN.

Lisa is a lifelong
learner who is called to act on the truths God reveals
and to encourage others to do the same. Passionate
about discovering God-given strengths and building on
them to do good works (Eph. 2:10), she is a veteran home
school teacher, a freelance writer and editor, a
personal coach for Next Steps, a coaching ministry of
First Baptist Church Lebanon, TN, and an affiliate coach
with Jerry Essary Coaching and the Tennessee Baptist
Convention Christian Coaching Center.
Lisa, Chuck,
their 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats live on a century farm
in Wilson County where her favorite pastime is visiting
with friends over a cup of strong, black coffee.

As an
entrepreneur, Toni Reeder has been creating and leading
businesses for over 25 years. She is devoted to her
work for the Lord by facilitating positive changes for
the Kingdom of God through the transformation of God's
leaders.
In addition,
for over 15 years Toni has served on numerous Boards of
Directors, coached executive and ministry leaders, and
has created multiple MasterMind Groups. In these
environments she has employed one-on-one coaching, group
coaching, mentoring, and consulting skills that continue
to have a positive impact.
In addition,
Toni has consulted with churches in implementing new
membership classes, improving guest services, keeping in
touch approaches and other newcomer strategies to grow
the Body of Christ.
Toni has two
adult children and resides with her husband in Flower
Mound, Texas.

Bill Copper

Bill Copper, ACC, is
director of the Hollifield Leadership Center, which is a
ministry of the Baptist State Convention of NC, where he
also directs the Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching
program.
Bill has received
certification from the National Association of Church
Business Administration and frequently writes, speaks,
and coaches around areas of business management for
non-profits. He also provides coach training for
churches, judicatories, and various organizations.
Bill lives in Lenoir, NC
with his wife and three sons.
